Pregnant while using IUD? Can it be?

Long story short I have had the Mirena IUD for 4 years since the birth of my one and only son. Lately I’ve had a lot of weird symptoms and haven’t been able to figure out what is wrong with me. The WebMD type websites tell me my combined symptoms could be anything from fibromyalgia to pregnancy, kidney infection to diabetes.

Symptoms are:

Headaches (sometimes migraine like)
Lower stomach pain
Heartburn
Back pain (lower and rotator cuff/shoulder area)
Odorous urine (light in color)
Fluttery/bubbly feeling in my lower abdomen
Extreme fatigue
Achy all over
Bleeding off and on during intercourse (every other time?)
Constant upset stomach and stomach pain

Does anyone know what this could be? I’m going to go to the doctor in the next few days.
Also, mild grade fever and red, flush, warm skin on my arms, chest and face.

I am on Thyroid for an underactive thyroid.

Sounds like an infection- not pregnancy. Go see your doc.
